What should have been another great cookout on Antelope Island turned out to be a battle with the bugs! Hundreds, thousands, no millions of tiny gnats swarmed us immediately as we left our vehicles. Determined to eat our hotdogs and hamburgers we did every thing possible to cover our heads! Pam brought food covers and saved the day; well almost! Our evening was short lived; no watching the sunset on top of Buffalo Lookout this year! MORE MEMORIES just not the ones we wanted! We were left with bites all over our heads, ears, eyes, neck................... :(

Ok, you all. That is not how to have fun! You go to places without bugs that eat you. At least meat bees don't want to eat the picknickers.... just the picnic! Love Cyndee
